摘 要:为了对核电厂压水型核反应堆控制棒驱动机构的可靠性随其升降运行步数变化的规律进行分析及预测,提出一种基于动态Bayes网络的系统可靠性建模与分析方法。首先通过建立动态Bayes网络模型对驱动机构不同功能单元的状态随运行步骤发生循环变化的特点进行描述,进而基于所建立的模型对系统整体任务可靠性进行了分析,最后结合案例对提出的方法进行了验证。结果表明,建立的模型能够为控制棒驱动机构产品的可靠性设计分析工作提供参考。In order to analyze and prognosticate the reliability of the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)of a pressurized water reactor(PWR)with the change of its lifting operation steps,a system reliability modeling and analysis method based on dynamic Bayes networks are proposed.First,through the establishment of a dynamic Bayes network model,the characteristics of the cyclical changes in the states of the different functional units of the drive mechanism within the operation are described.Then the system's overall mission reliability is analyzed based on the established model,and finally the proposed method is verified with a case.The results show that the established model can provide a reference for the reliability design and analysis of the CRDM.
