摘　　要：PASSIM卷烟机吸尘盒是控制烟支搭口夹末率的关键部件之一。从烟支搭口夹末形成的原因出发,根据PASSIM卷烟机吸尘盒的工作原理,通过优化改进吸尘盒内吸尘口、科学计算吸尘盒内吸尘口尺寸、新增覆盖上胶器喷胶嘴后方位置吸尘盒、原吸尘盒与加长吸尘盒间增加隔板、原吸尘盒与加长吸尘盒一体化设计制作等系列举措,对吸尘盒进行技术改造,使烟支夹末率大幅降低,保证了烟支外观质量。The vacuum box of PASSIM cigarette machine is one of the key parts to control the quality of cigarette.In this paper,starting from the reason of the formation of cigarette lapping mouth clamping end,according to the working principle of dust collection box in PASSIM cigarette-rolling machines,it optimizes and improves the suction port in the dust box,scientifically calculates the size of the suction port in the dust box,new binder spray adhesive mouth position behind the dust collection box,increases the partition between the original dust collection box and extended dust collection box,and integrates the design and processing of the original dust box and the extended dust box,etc.,realizes the technical transformation of the vacuum box.This can greatly reduce the percentage of dust-sandwiched cigarettes and ensure the appearance quality of cigarette.
