摘 要:为进一步提高薄板板材卷制和弯曲的加工精度,设计了一款小型薄板卷板机,分析了同步调节机构的工作原理,并试制了样机。试验结果表明,卷板机功能齐全,稳定可靠,可实现调节辊轴两侧的同步升降调节,产品精度达到±0.3 mm,提出的装配检测标准对同类产品的制造具有一定的指导意义。For further improving the processed precision of rolling and bending of sheet metal parts,a small sheet rolling machine is designed,the principle of the synchronous adjusting mechanism is analyzed,and a prototype is also produced.The experimental results indicate that the rolling equipment has the complete functions,stability and reliability,and can realize synchronization lifting and adjusting on both sides of the adjusting-roller to ensure the accuracy of product comes up to±0.3 mm.The assembly and inspection standards have certain instructive significance to the manufacture of the similar products.
