机械零件结构的创新方法体系研究

摘　　要：零件结构是机械产品的皮肤,其创新是可见的,广告效应和产品附加值大。针对当前教科书理论体系存在的不足,从功能实现、产品全生命周期、脆性和弹性材料利用3个方面总结了零件结构创新的10类方法。整合出主要由创新人才、创造力及题目的定义,心理层面的创新方法,通用创新方法,机械产品的创新方法,机构组合、演化、穷举和宽泛的创新方法,零件结构的创新方法,创新实例分析等组成的机械创新方法理论体系。基于零件结构创新方法分析鲁班锁,其基本单元为运动副全部为移动副的四体机构。Part structure is the skin of mechanical products.Its innovation is visible and its advertising effect and product added value are great.In view of the shortcomings of the current textbook theory system,10 kinds of methods for structural innovation of parts are summarized from three aspects:function realization,product life cycle,brittle and elastic material utilization.The latest theoretical system of mechanical innovation methods is integrated.It is mainly composed of innovative talents,creativity and topic selection,psychological innovative methods,general innovative methods,innovative methods of mechanical products,innovative methods of mechanism combination,evolution,exhaustivity and generalization,innovative methods of parts structure,innovative case analysis,etc.Luban lock is analyzed by the parts structure innovation method,the basic unit of Luban lock is quabody mechanism whose motion pairs are all sliding pairs.
