摘　　要：Shuangjiang County(in Lincang City),situated in the mountainous areas of Southwest China's Yunnan Province,is inhabited by the Lahu,Wa,Bulang and Dai minority groups.In the past,the county's economic development was negatively affected by its poor transportation infrastructure.With funding provided by Beijing Lenovo Holdings Charity Foundation,the China Women's Development Foundation(CWDF)in 2018 initiated the project of Raise Her Business Plan-Revolving Fund for Mothers'New Ventures,in Shuangjiang.Under the project,local impoverished women receive small Ioans to start businesses.
