摘　　要：科学衡量和正确评价博士后科研流动(工作)站效率,对于加强博士后站日常管理、提高博士后人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文基于DEA方法对51个医学博士后站投入产出效率进行评价。研究结果表明,医学博士后科研流动(工作)站的技术效率和规模效率较高,而总体效率不高。科研工作站除了纯技术效率外均高于科研流动站;超效率分析结果显示科研流动站总体效率较好,而科研工作站超效率分布不均匀;投入指标组合对DEA效率影响研究结果表明,科研经费对博士后站的相对效率有显著影响。最后,针对医学博士后站中存在的资源配置不合理问题提出相应建议。Scientific measurement and correct evaluation of the efficiency of postdoctoral research(work)stations are of great significance for strengthening the daily management of post-doctoral stations and improving the quality of post-doctoral personnel training.This paper evaluates the input and output efficiency of 51 medical postdoctoral stations based on DEA method.The results show that the technical and scale efficiency of the medical postdoctoral research(work)station is high,but the overall efficiency is not high.The efficiency of scientific workstation is higher than scientific research station excluding pure technical efficient.The results of the super efficiency analysis show that the overall efficiency of the research station is perfect,while the super efficiency distribution of the workstation is uneven.The impact result of the combination of input indicators on DEA efficiency shows that the research fund has a significant impact on the relative efficiency of postdoctoral stations.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the problem of unreasonable resource allocation in medical postdoctoral stations.
