摘　　要：艾滋病的防治不仅是医学问题,更是社会问题——在防治艾滋病的同时,政府尤需履行对艾滋病患者人权保障的义务。本文从我国艾滋病患者人权保障之政府义务的内涵出发,分析政府履行对艾滋病患者之人权义务所面临的困境,进而提出相关的对策建议。AIDS prevention and control is not only a medical problem,but also a social problem.In the preven⁃tion and control of AIDS,the government should especially perform the obligations of human rights protection for pa⁃tients with AIDS.This paper starts from the connotation of the government obligation to protect the human rights of AIDS patients in China,analyzes the difficulties the government faced in fulfilling the human rights obligation of AIDS patients,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
