摘　　要：目的分析暗娼(FSW)安全套使用情况及其影响因素,为针对性地开展该人群干预工作提供参考。方法依比例分层整群选取调查对象,通过现场问卷调查统计FSW商业性行为过程中安全套使用情况,多因素Logistic回归分析其主要影响因素。结果2800名FSW中艾滋病防治知识知晓率为98.3%,最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率为65.3%,最近1个月商业性行为安全套使用率为67.6%。经多因素Logistic回归分析,FSW最近1次商业性行为安全套使用情况与其场所档次(OR=0.641,95%CI:0.496~0.827)、前一个工作地点(OR=0.598,95%CI:0.451~0.794)、安全套预防艾滋病知晓情况(OR=7.103,95%CI:4.057~12.433)、艾滋病防治知识知晓情况(OR=2.871,95%CI:1.370~6.015)有关;最近1个月商业性行为安全套坚持使用情况与其场所档次(OR=0.600,95%CI:0.478~0.752)、年龄组(OR=1.881,95%CI:1.189~2.997)、前一个工作地点(OR=1.672,95%CI:1.259~2.217)、同伴教育(OR=1.749,95%CI:1.172~2.610)有关。结论该区FSW性行为时安全套使用率仍较低,应继续加强对该类人群艾滋病防治的健康教育和行为干预,工作重心应向新入该区的、年长的和低档次的FSW倾斜,应大力开展同伴教育,提高该区FSW安全套使用率。Objective To analyze condom use and its influencing factors among female sex workers(FSW),so as to provide references for targeted intervention among them.Methods The subjects were selected according to the proportion and stratification,and the condom use in FSW’s commercial sexual behavior was counted through on-site questionnaires,and the main influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 98.3%in 2800 FSW,the condom use rate in the last commercial sexualbehaviorwas 65.3%and condom use rate in the last month was 67.6%.By multivariate logistic regression analysis,the latest commercial sexual condom use in FSW was related to its place grade(OR=0.641,95%CI:0.496-0.827),the previous workplace(OR=0.598,95%CI:0.451-0.794),condom awareness of AIDS prevention(OR=7.103,95%CI:4.057-12.433),knowledge of AIDS prevention and control(OR=2.871,95%CI:1.370-6.015).The persistent condomuse in commercial sexual behavior in recent month was related to its place grade(OR=0.600,95%CI:0.478-0.752),age group(OR=1.881,95%CI:1.189-2.997),previous workplace(OR=1.672,95%CI:1.259-2.217)and peereducation(OR=1.749,95%CI:1.172-2.610).Conclusion Condom use rate was still low in FSW sexual behavior in this district.Health education and behavioral intervention on AIDS prevention and control should continue to be strengthened.Emphasis should be paid on the new arrived,elderly and low-grade FSWs to improve condom use rate in this District.
