摘　　要：目的了解心脑血管疾病住院患者对不同健康传播材料的评价。方法以584名心脑血管病住院患者作为目标人群,通过"微信公众号"推送心脑血管疾病防治传播材料,并指导患者采用Likert 5级评分法对传播材料的实用性、趣味性和可读性(图文)、易懂性(微视频)进行评价。结果科普图文类评价总分为(52.58±6.91)分,各维度评价从高到低依次为实用性(13.26±1.82)、趣味性(13.24±1.99)及可读性(13.03±1.93);科普微视频类传播材料评价总分为(44.81±3.60)分,各维度评价从高到低依次为趣味性(13.69±1.83)、易懂性(13.66±1.80)、实用性(4.22±1.71)。结论健康教育传播材料评价较理想,建议医疗机构增加图文传播材料可读性以及微视频材料实用性,制作更适宜的健康传播材料。Objective To evaluation different health communication materials among inpatients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 584 hospitalized patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were enrolled to evaluate the cerebrovascular disease prevention and control propagation materials through the official account of WeChat.The Likert 5-grade scoring method was used to evaluate the practicability,interest,readability(picture and text materials)and intelligibility(video materials)of the materials.Results The total score of the patients’evaluation of graphics and texts was(52.58±6.91),and the score of practicality,interest and readability dimension were(13.26±1.82),(13.24±1.99)and(13.03±1.93)from higher to lower,respectively.The total score of patients’evaluation of popular science micro-video communication materials was(44.81±3.60),and the score of interest,understandability and practicality dimension from higher to lower order were(13.69±1.83),(13.66±1.80)and(4.22±1.71),respectively.Conclusion The health education communication materials for inpatients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is relatively ideal.It is suggested that medical institutions should increase the practicability of micro video materials in order to conduct more appropriate health communication materials.
