摘　　要：杨氏三才单式补泻针法是杨文辉在传统三才手法"烧山火""透天凉"及单式提插补泻手法的基础上发展而来,是通过辨病辨证选取穴位,在天、人、地三个不同的深浅层次行提插补泻的针刺手法。庄子齐教授将杨氏三才单式补泻针法与飞经走气中的青龙摆尾、白虎摇头、苍龟探穴、赤凤迎源等行针手法相结合,加强刺激强度,用于痛证的临床治疗。Yang′s Sancai single reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy is developed on the basis of traditional Sancai manipulations such as"Shao Shanhuo","Tou Tianliang"and single lifting,inserting,reinforcing and reducing acupuncture therapy.It is a manipulation of acupuncture therapy of selecting acupoints through disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation to carry out lifting,inserting,reinforcing and reducing acupuncture at three different levels of Tian,Ren and Di.Professor Zhuang Ziqi combined the Yang′s Sancai single reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy with Feijing Zouqi method of Qinglong Baiwei,Baihu Yaotou,Canggui Tanxue and Chifeng Yingyuan to strengthen the stimulation intensity and use it for clinical treatment of pain syndrome.
