摘　　要：郁病多在中焦,传化失常为致郁关键。治疗上,首先要注重调中焦,用药升降兼施,以恢复脾胃的升降功能,首推川芎、苍术和香附三药。其次,要区分表里、辨兼证以及经络,根据表里、兼证的不同,分别施以汗法、下法、和法、补法、温法等治疗;注重审查病因,确切辨别病在哪条经络,再根据经络与脏腑的联络关系而选择对应的药物来治疗,以达药至病所之效。此外,戴思恭还对郁证的主证与脉象作了进一步的补充。Depression is mostly in middle Jiao,and abnormal transmission is the key to depression.In the treatment,we must first pay attention to the conditioning of the middle Jiao,and the medicine should be both lifting and lowering to restore the lifting and lowering functions of the spleen and stomach.The three medicinals of Chuanxiong(Sichuan lovage rhizome),Cangzhu(Sichuan lovage rhizome)and Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi)are the first choice.Secondly,it is necessary to distinguish exterior and interior syndromes and meridians.According to the difference of exterior and interior syndromes,we should apply the methods of sweating,descending,harmonizing,tonifying and warming;pay attention to examine the cause of the disease,identify exactly which meridian,and then select the corresponding medicinals according to the contact relationship between meridians and zang-fu viscera,so as to achieve the effect of medicine to the disease.In addition,Dai Sigong also made a further supplement to the main syndrome and pulse condition of depression syndrome.
