摘  要:口酸证属饮食积滞者,应调和脾胃以消化积食,予半夏泻心汤合消食导滞之品治疗;口苦证属少阳枢机不利者,应和解少阳、疏利气机,予小柴胡汤加减治疗;口甜证属湿热蕴脾者,应健脾益气、清利湿热,予参苓白术散合葛根芩连汤加减治疗;口辣证属肺热上逆者,应清肺胃伏火,予半夏泻心汤加清热养阴之品治疗;口咸证属肾液上泛者,予补肾益精,善用当归、熟地黄等药治疗;口黏腻证属脾虚湿盛者,应和中燥湿,予平胃散合半夏泻心汤加减治疗;口臭证属湿热中阻者,应清利湿热,兼补阴液,予平胃散合甘露饮加减治疗;口淡证属外毒、湿热者,应调和营卫、和解少阳,予柴胡桂枝汤加减治疗。As for the patients with sour taste syndrome belongs to diet stagnation,the spleen and stomach should be adjusted to digest the stagnant food,and should be treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with medicine with the function of dispersing food and abducting stagnation.As for the patients with bitter taste syndrome belongs to dysfunction of acting as a pivot,Shaoyang should be reconciled and qi movement should be dredged and Xiaochaihu Decoction can be used.As for the patients with sweet taste syndrome belongs to damp-heat accumulation in the spleen,they should be treated with invigorating the spleen and nourishing qi,clearing up damp-heat,and Shenling Baizhu Powder and Gegen Qinlian Decoction can be used.As for the patients with spicy taste syndrome belongs to reversal of lung-heat,the lungs and stomach should be cleared,and Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with heat-clearing and nourishing yin medicinals can be used.As for the patients with salty taste syndrome belongs to overgrowth of the kidney fluid,they should be treated with tonifying kidney and nourishing essence,and Danggui(Chinese angelica),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata)can be used.As for the patients with sticky taste syndrome belongs to damp abundance due to spleen deficiency,they should be treated with harmonizing the middle Jiao and eliminating dampness,and Pingwei Powder combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction can be used.As for the patients with fetor oris syndrome belongs to damp-heat accumulation in middle Jiao,they should be treated with clearing damp-heat and tonifying fluid,and midified Pingwei Powder combined with Ganlu Drink can be used.As for the patients with tasteless syndrome belongs to external toxin and damp-heat,they should be treated with harmonizing yingfen and weifen,reconciling shaoyang,and modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can be used.
