闭合“悬挂式”虹膜根部离断修复法的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察闭合“悬挂式”虹膜根部离断修复法治疗虹膜根部离断的临床效果。方法采用闭合“悬挂式”虹膜根部离断修复法对我院收治的21例(21只眼)虹膜根部离断患者进行手术治疗,分析虹膜离断修复情况及其并发症。结果所有病例均获良好修复,瞳孔基本恢复圆形,房角开放、眼压稳定,房角位置均无过度粘连,无严重并发症发生。结论闭合“悬挂式”虹膜根部离断修复法可以有效修复虹膜根部离断,是一种微创、安全、有效的手术方式。Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed“suspension”iridodialysis in the treatment of iridodialysis.Methods A total of 21 patients with iridodialysis were treated with closed“suspension”iridodialysis,and the repair status of iridodialysis and its complications were analyzed.Results After the surgery,all cases were well repaired,the pupils was basically round,the anterior chamber angle was opened,and the intraocular pressure was stable.There was no excessive adhesion at the anterior chamber angle,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusions The closed“suspension”iridodialysis can effectively repair the iridodialysis,which is a minimally invasive,safe and effective surgical method.
