“飞尾”式切口上睑成形术在改善上睑皮肤松弛中的应用初探

摘　　要：目的探讨“飞尾”式切口上睑成形术在改善年龄相关性上睑皮肤松弛中应用的效果。方法2017年11月至2018年11月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院同一名医生诊断为“年龄相关性上睑皮肤松弛”,且由同一术者实施“飞尾”式切口上睑成形术的患者,共56例(112只眼),年龄50~82岁,其中男性19例,女性37例。结果56例患者,16例去除松弛皮肤时采取双“飞尾”式设计,40例采取“飞尾”式设计。术后随访6~12个月,满意38例,基本满意18例,无不满意者。所有患者的上睑皮肤松弛症状都得到显著改善,重睑形态自然,鱼尾纹明显减轻,取得了较好的面部年轻化效果。结论“飞尾”式切口上睑成形术在改善年龄相关性上睑皮肤松弛中有一定的作用,大样本数据量仍需进一步观察。Objective To investigate the effect of“flying tail”incision blepharoplasty on the treatment of age-related upper blepharochalasis.Methods Fifty-six patients with age-related upper blepharochalasis diagnosed by the same doctor and underwent“flying tail”incision blepharoplasty by the same surgeon in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.The age of the patients ranged from 50 to 82 years,including 19 males and 37 females.Results Among the 56 patients,16 patients were treated with double“flying tail”design and 40 patients were treated with“flying tail”design.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months after the operation,and all were satisfied,including 18 cases who were basically satisfied.The upper blepharochalasis symptoms of all patients were significantly improved,the double eyelid morphology was natural,the crow's feet were significantly reduced,and good facial rejuvenation effect was achieved.Conclusions“Flying tail”incision blepharoplasty has a certain effect on improving age-related upper blepharochalasis,and large sample data are needed for further investigation.
