摘 要:采用热浸镀方法在汽车钢表面制备了不同Er含量的热浸镀锌镀层,研究了Er含量对镀层显微组织、硬度、厚度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着Er含量的增加,镀层平均晶粒尺寸呈现先减小而后增大的特征,且在Er质量分数为0.10%时取得最小值,添加适量Er可以在细化晶粒的同时改善表面质量。添加Er合金镀层的表面硬度平均值均高于Zn-0.6Al-0Er合金镀层的,且随着Er含量增加,镀层表面硬度呈现先增加而后减小特征,当Er质量分数为0.10%时硬度最大,而镀层厚度随Er含量的增加呈现逐渐减小特征;随着Er含量的增加,镀层平均腐蚀速率呈现先减小而后增大特征,Zn-0.6Al-0.10Er合金镀层具有最佳耐蚀性。Hot dip galvanized coatings with different Er content were prepared on the surface of automobile steel by hot dip plating.The effects of Er content on the microstructure,hardness,thickness and corrosion resistance of the coatings were studied.The results showed that the average grain size of the coating decreased first and then increased with the increase of Er content,the minimum grain size could be obtained when Er content was 0.10%,and the surface quality could be improved with the addition of appropriate Er content.The average surface hardness of the coatings with different Er content was higher than that of Zn-0.6 Al-0 Er alloy coating,with the increase of Er content,the surface hardness of the coating increased first and then decreased,when the Er content was 0.10%,the maximum hardness was obtained,while the thickness of the coating decreased with the increase of Er content.With the increase of Er content,the average corrosion rate of the coatings decreased first and then increased,and Zn-0.6 Al-0.10 Er alloy coating had the best corrosion resistance.
