武汉市优秀历史建筑的查档建档工作初探——探索构建建成于1861年-1937年间的武汉市优秀历史建筑的档案库

摘　　要：武汉市登记在册的优秀历史建筑截至2019年共有208处,其中190处建于1861年—1937年期间,占总数的91.35%,是武汉市优秀历史建筑保护利用工作的重点和当务之急。这些建筑的档案缺失严重,建档工作较难,影响了相关的研究、保护、展示和利用工作。该研究根据武汉市优秀历史建筑档案的具体类别,结合文献研究,实地走访了相关机构、采访了有关专家,并进行了互联网、内网信息搜索。研究总结了武汉市优秀历史建筑档案发掘的四条主要路径,并总结了武汉市优秀历史建筑档案管理的现存问题,提出建档建议。按照建档类别,结合建议要求,可以初步构建武汉优秀历史建筑档案体系,完成建成于1861年—1937年期间的武汉市优秀历史建筑的建档工作,并为优秀历史建筑、文保单位等建立完善的建筑档案提供借鉴。Up to 2019,208 outstanding historical buildings have been listed in Wuhan,among which 190 were built from 1861 to 1937,accounting for 91.35%of the total.They are the focus and urgent matter for the protection and utilization of the outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan.The serious lack of archival data makes it difficult to build archives of these buildings,which affects relevant research,protection,display and utilization works.According to different categories of the archive data and based on literature research,we carry out investigations to relevant institutions,interview with relevant experts,and search on the Internet and Intranet.We also summarize four main approaches to excavate the archives and the existing problems in the archive management,and put forward some suggestions on the archiving work.According to the categories of archives and combined with suggestions and requirements,the archives system of outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan can be preliminarily established including the archive of outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan from 1861 to 1937,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of full architectural archives of outstanding historical buildings and cultural relics sites.
