摘  要:湘西苗族地区由于生产力落后、传统民居保温隔热性能差、室内热环境质量低等原因,迄今为止许多传统民居已经破损或者被遗弃在当地。该文旨在提高湘西传统民居室内舒适性,改良传统民居的隔热保温热工性能。以保靖县葫声镇傍海村的石全民住居为实例研究,在住宅外墙、地板和楼板构造内侧加增保温隔热层和杉木板,从而提高住宅外墙、地板和楼板的热阻;墙体通过增加抱柱厚度来保证新增墙体构造与抱柱没有缝隙;改良窗户部位的构造方式,将普通玻璃换成中空玻璃,加强窗户部位的热阻,并运用相关计算机软件模拟验证。最终结果显示传统民居室内保温隔热性能得到了明显改善,验证了此技术的有效性和可应用性。Due to the backward productivity,poor thermal insulation performance of traditional dwellings and low indoor thermal environment quality,many traditional dwellings have been damaged or abandoned in western Hu’nan Miao nationality area.In this paper we aim to improve the indoor comfort of traditional dwellings in western Hu’nan and to improve the thermal performance of thermal insulation of traditional dwellings.A case study of Shi Quanmin’s Dwelling in Banghai Village of Husheng Town in Baojing County,the thermal insulation layer and fir board are added to the inside of the exterior wall,floor of his whole houses,so as to improve the thermal resistance of the exterior wall,floor of his whole houses.The wall has no gap between the new wall structure and the retaining column by increasing the thickness of the retaining column,improving the structure of window parts,replacing ordinary glass with insulating glass,strengthening the thermal resistance of window parts,and using relevant computer software simulation verification.The final results show that the indoor thermal insulation performance of traditional dwellings has been significantly improved,verifying the effectiveness and applicability of this technology.
