摘 要:配料过程具有大惯性、多变量耦合、非线性、边界条件波动等特点。火法炼锌过程中传统配料生产过程存在劳动强度大、原料消耗高、产品合格率低、传统PID控制抗干扰性弱等不足。分析了配料生产的工艺要求和控制需求,建立了一种基于模糊PID算法的炼锌配料控制系统。该系统既能实现配料过程中物料比例和产品总量的精确控制,又能缩短调节时间、加快响应速度、提升鲁棒性。在某锌冶炼企业配料车间投用该控制系统后,降低了劳动强度,减少了原料消耗,提高了产品合格率,取得了显著的应用效果。The batching process has the characteristics of large inertia,multivariable coupling,nonlinearity,and fluctuation of boundary conditions. In the process of pyrometallurgical zinc smelting,the traditional batch production process has the deficiencies of high labor intensity,high raw material consumption,low product qualification rate,and low interference resistance of traditional PID control.The process requirements and control requirements of batch production was analyzed,and a zinc smelting batch control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm was established. The system can not only realize the precise control of the proportion of materials and the total amount of products in the batching process,but also achieve shorter adjustment time,faster response speed and improved robustness. After the control system was put into use in the batching workshop of a zinc smelting enterprise,labor intensity,raw material consumption and product qualification rate were improved,and significant application effects were achieved.
