摘 要:首钢秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司4 300 mm中厚板生产线双边剪系统在生产过程中存在剪切效率低、设备和电能损耗大等问题。通过对具体问题的分析总结,得出造成以上问题的原因有Profibus-DP网络闪断、夹送辊压力波动大、废料皮带控制缺陷等。以此次搬迁为契机,针对上述原因进行了调整与改进,并对双边剪本体长时间无板时主电机依然高速运行不节能等问题进行优化,最终实现了对双边剪系统更高效、更节能的控制,提高了双边剪剪切效率,减少了设备和电能损耗,并使成品质量得到了可靠保证。There exist some problems in the production process of the double side shear system of 4 300 mm thick plate production line of Shougang Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Material Co.,Ltd.,such as low shear efficiency,large loss of equipment and electric energy. Through the analysis and summary of the specific problems,it is concluded that the causes of the above problems are ProfibusDP network flash off,pressure fluctuation of pinch roll,defects of waste belt control,etc. Taking this relocation as an opportunity,the system is adjusted and improved according to the problem mentioned above. In addition,the double side shear system is optimized by solving the problem that the main motor is still running at high speed without board for a long time,which is not energy-saving. With the problems solved,the control of the double side shear system is more efficient and energy-saving,the efficiency of the double side shear is improved,the loss of equipment and electric energy is reduced,and the quality of the finished product is guaranteed reliably.
