摘  要:目的确定复方辛芷鼻腔黏附剂的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素实验,以木兰脂素和欧前胡素含量为评价指标,用RP-HPLC检测指标成分的含量,考察热回流提取法和渗滤法对复方辛芷鼻腔黏附剂中目标成分的提取效率。结果用8倍量乙酸乙酯热回流提取3次(1次1 h)的方法所得目标成分的提取效率较优。结论热回流法更适用于本制剂中木兰脂素和欧前胡素的提取,提取效率高且工艺简单。OBJECTIVE To determine the best extraction process of XinZhi nasal adhesion agent.METHODS Single-factor test was adopted to investigate the effectiveness of extraction of target components in compound XinZhi nasal adhesion agent by the hot-refluxing method and the percolation extract process.In the experiment,the content of Magnolin and Imperatorin content was used as the evaluation index,and the content of index components was detected by RP-HPLC.RESULTS The optimum conditions was as a follows:the medicinal material was extracted for 3 times with 8 times amount of ethyl acetate,3 hours per time.CONCLUSION The heat-refluxing method was suitable for the extraction of the Magnolin and Imperatorin content for its simpleness and high effectiveness.
