摘 要:目的制定西瓜皮饮片的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别西瓜皮;按《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)规定方法考察水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水溶性浸出物。结果建立了西瓜皮显微鉴别法和TLC法鉴别法;确定了水分、灰分、浸出物的限度。结论本实验为西瓜皮饮片的质量标准提高提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of exocarpium citrulli.METHODS Exocarpium citrulli was identified by microscopical identification and TLC method.The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and soluble extract were assayed following the procedures stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.RESULTS The methods of TLC and microscopic identification of exocarpium citrulli were established,and the limits of water,ash and extract were determined.CONCLUSION This study provides scientific data for the quality control of exocarpium citrulli.
