摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定乌柏生发酊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-o-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。方法乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;等度洗脱;检测波长320 nm;流速1 mL·min^(-1);柱温30℃。结果 2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-o-β-D-葡萄糖苷线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=14084X-49.823,R^2=0.9955,线性范围:0.069^0.1104 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9977),平均加样回收率为95.37%,RSD 1.2%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于乌柏生发酊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-o-β-D-glucoside in WuBaiShengFa tincture.METHODS The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water(25∶75).Isocratic elution.The detection wavelength was 320 nm with the flow rate as 1 mL·min-1;the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-o-β-glucoside had good liner relationship within the range of 0.069-0.1104 mg·mL-1(r=0.9977).The regression equation was Y=14084X-49.823,R 2=0.9955.The average recovery was 95.37%,RSD was 1.2%(n=6).CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple,accurate and sensitive,which can be used for content determination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-o-β-D-glucoside.
