高职药学专业医院药学方向课程校院共育的实践探索

摘　　要：产教融合、校企合作是是办好职业教育的关键。医院药学是高职药学专业培养的一个方向。《医院药学概要》及《实用药学服务》课程是学校、医院合作开展的针对医院药学培养方向的教学改革内容。组建专兼合作教学团队,课程内容、教学资源对接临床,采用先导课程、现场教学和网络学习的混合教学和多元过程性教学评价方式。校院共育实践体现了产教融合在课程内容、教学方式和教学评价上的改革成效,也突显了产教融合管理体制和信息化平台建设的重要性。Combination of production and teaching and Cooperation between School and Enterprise were the key power of carrying out Vocational Education well.Hospital Pharmacy is one of training orientation in higher vocational education of pharmacy.Summary of Hospital Pharmacy and Practical Pharmaceutical Care were the teaching reform curriculums developed between hospitals and school,which directe against this training orientation.Set up teaching team with full time and part time,Course contents and teaching resources were joined with clinical.Forerunner curriculum,field teaching and network teaching were mixed-used.Pluralistic teaching evaluations in process were taken.Cooperation between School and hospitals embodied the effect of reform in course content,teaching mode and teaching evaluation.Management system and building up information platform were both very important in Combination of production and teaching.
