水性UV涂料的制备及在木器上的应用

摘　　要：采用平行实验的方法,采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚醚二醇反应,引入—COOH基团,加入胺中和得到水性UV树脂,并制备水性UV涂料,讨论了长链二元醇和中和剂的选择对于产品性能的影响。介绍了水性UV涂料在家具和木材领域应用实例,并给出了常用施工工艺,具有一定实用价值。Through the parallel experiment method and reaction between IPDI and polyether diol,the-COOH group was introduced,amine was added for neutralization,and waterborne UV resin was obtained.Then waterborne UV coatings were prepared.This paper discusses the influence of long-chain diol and neutralizer on product performance,introduces examples of application of waterborne UV coatings in fields of furniture and wood,and gives common application processes with certain practical value.
