摘　　要：探讨了中水条件下纯棉毛巾织物染整前处理关键技术;通过对中水条件下冷堆工序特点分析及其助剂的要求,开发了速练剂KR-9BK+KR-9DW,并将其用于中水条件下纯棉毛巾织物的冷堆染整前处理工艺,既可以满足毛巾织物高白度要求,又能降低化学品消耗,减轻污水处理负担。The key technologies of pretreatment process for cotton towel fabrics with reclaimed water are discussed.Through the analysis of the characteristics and requirements of cold pad-batch process with reclaimed water,a new system of KR-9BK and KR-9DW is developed.It can be used in the pre⁃treatment process of the cold-batch dyeing of cotton towel fabric with reclaimed water,which can not only meet the high whiteness requirement,but also reduce chemical consumption and the burden on wastewater treatment.
