摘 要:电铝热法冶炼钒铝合金过程中,为使电弧炉衬能够较强地承受合金熔液和高温熔渣的物理化学侵蚀和机械冲刷作用,设计了4种炉衬打结工艺,通过研究钒铝合金中Fe、Si、C、O、N杂质含量及炉底表面耐材状况,探讨了适宜的炉衬打结工艺。实际生产表明,与炉渣接触的上部打结层用镁砂回收料,与合金接触的中部打结层和底部打结层分别用钒铝炉渣和FM97.5电熔镁砂,该工艺可满足冶炼工艺需求,合金杂质含量低,有利于保护炉底,并有效降低生产成本。During the process of smelting vanadium aluminum alloy by electro aluminothermic method,four kinds of lining knotting processes were designed in order to make the arc furnace lining bear the physical and chemical erosion and mechanical erosion of alloy melt and high temperature slag.By studying the impurity contents of Fe,Si,C,O and N in V-Al alloy and the refractory material on furnace bottom surface,the appropriate knotting process of furnace lining is discussed.The actual production shows that the upper knotting layer in contact with slag is recycled magnesia,the middle knotting layer and the bottom knotting layer in contact with alloy are vanadium aluminum slag and FM97.5 fused magnesia,respectively.This process can meet the requirements of smelting process with low alloy impurity content,which is conducive to protecting furnace bottom and effectively reducing production cost.
