摘  要:结合河钢唐钢薄板坯连铸生产实践,阐述了动态和静态两种液芯压下方式在实际生产中的应用,分析了其对铸坯质量、扇形段寿命、液位波动的影响。研究表明,动态液芯压下有利于改善铸坯内部疏松和偏析,但是对设备、控制和工艺条件要求比较苛刻;静态压下在铸坯内部质量改善方面不如动态压下,但是对设备、控制和工艺条件要求比较简单,实际使用效果好于动态压下。Combined with the production practice of thin slab continuous casting in HBIS Group Tangsteel,the application of dynamic and static liquid core reduction methods in actual production is described,and the influence on slab quality,segment life and liquid level fluctuation is analyzed.The results show that the dynamic liquid core reduction is beneficial to improve the internal porosity and segregation of the slab,but it has strict requirements on the equipment,control and process conditions;while the static reduction is not as good as the dynamic reduction in improving the internal quality of the slab,but it has simple requirements on the equipment,control and process conditions,and the actual use effect is better than the dynamic reduction.
