摘　　要：介绍了唐钢重机公司采用EAF-LF-VD冶炼流程,通过全流程综合工艺控制以及双VD工艺优化生产17CrNiMo6的过程。经检验,所生产的17CrNiMo6钢锭P、S和氢氧含量达到了高纯净钢的控制要求,非金属夹杂物DS类评级≤1.5,满足了下游用户锻造需求。The EAF-LF-VD smelting process adopted by Tangsteel Heavy Machinery is introduced.The production process of 17CrNiMo6 is optimized by comprehensive process control and double VD process.The results show that the P,S,hydrogen and oxygen contents of 17CrNiMo6 ingot meet the control requirements of high purity steel,and the DS grade of non-metallic inclusion is less than or equal to 1.5,which meets the forging requirements of downstream users.
