摘　　要：目的:探讨等分三角斜透刺配合微波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将42例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各21例。治疗组予等分三角斜透刺配合微波治疗,对照组予以普通针刺配合电针治疗,隔天治疗1次,一周3次,12次为一个疗程。结果:两组病例治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分和Mayo肘关节功能评分(Mayo Elbow Function Score,MEPS)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:等分三角斜透刺配合微波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的效果明显优于普通针刺疗法,值得我们在临床上大力运用和推广。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of equal triangle oblique penetration needling with microwave therapy on lateral epicondylitis.Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(21 cases)and the control group(21 cases).The treatment group was given equal triangle oblique penetration needling with microwave therapy.The control group was treated by common acupuncture with electroacupuncture.Results:There were significant statistical differences in the scores of VAS and MEPS between pretreatment and post-treatment in two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on epicondylitis is obvious,with simple,cheap and safe method,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
