天灸罐联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)经天灸罐联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨性关节炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组50例口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗组50例经天灸罐联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,对比两组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、安大略湖与麦克马斯特的骨性关节炎评分标准(The Western Ontario and McMaste Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)评分,评估临床症状缓解时间,比较疗效。结果:100例膝骨性关节炎患者有3例脱落,97例符合研究标准,纳入统计处理,其中治疗组48例,对照组49例。两组基线资料统计,无明显差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。对比两组治疗后VAS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组WOMAC评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。膝骨性关节炎相关症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天灸罐结合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊用于风寒湿痹型膝骨性膝骨性关节炎病例,值得借鉴、应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of vesiculation moxibustion plus glucosamine on knee osteoarthritis of the Fenghan Shibi type(风寒湿痹型).Methods:100 patients were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.50 patients were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules orally in the control group,and 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with vesiculation moxibustion more.Results:In 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis,3 cases were fell off,97 cases was met the research criteria and were divided into 48 cases in the treatment group and 49 cases in the control group.After treatment,there was no significant difference between groups in VAS(P>0.05).The difference of WOMAC score was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).The relief time of knee osteoarthritis related symptoms was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in efficacy between group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vesiculation moxibustion plus glucosamine on knee osteoarthritis of the Fenghan Shibi type is worthy of reference and application.
