全虫方治疗皮肤病经验浅析

摘　　要：全虫方为中医外科名方,主要针对病程日久的顽固性湿毒聚结,风盛瘙痒诸症,如慢性湿疹,神经性皮炎、结节性痒疹等,临床这些病症以慢性、顽固、剧烈瘙痒为特点。还有用于老年皮肤瘙痒症、进行性指掌角皮症的报道。在皮肤科临床应用广泛。本文从"理、法、方、药、用"五个方面进行归纳总结,发现全虫方古方今用,标本同治,针对以湿为本,以慢性、顽固、瘙痒为特点的皮肤科疾病具有很好的疗效,并且不良反应小,具有较好的临床应用价值。The Quanchong prescription(全虫方)is a famous prescription in TCM medicine and surgery.It mainly targets the chronic dampness and pruritus,such as chronic eczema,neurodermatitis,and prurigo nodular,Stubborn and severe itching.There are also reports of pruritus in the elderly and progressive keratoderma.It is widely used in dermatology.This article summarizes the five aspects of"theory,method,prescription,medicine,application",and finds that Quanchong prescription is used in ancient and modern times and treats both the symptoms and the root cause.It has a good curative effect on dermatological diseases characterized by dampness,chronic,stubborn,and itching.In addition,the adverse reactions are small and have good clinical application value.
