中药清浊汤对Ⅲ B型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者血液中前列腺液免疫球蛋白A、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析对ⅢB型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者实施中药清浊汤的临床效果,并研究其对患者血液的影响。方法:在2018年3月-2019年3月间随机抽取来我院治疗的ⅢB型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者80例完成这次临床研究,研究人员按照随机的分配方式将80例患者分为对照组和观察组两组患者,观察组患者实施中药清浊汤治疗,对照组患者实施泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗,观察不同组别的患者在治疗后的中医证候积分,以及血液中的前列腺液免疫球蛋白A(Prostatic Fluid Immunoglobulin A,SIgA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)的表达水平,并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在治疗后的中医证候积分要明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);患者在治疗前,SIgA、IL-8以及TNF-α表达的水平相比较都无明显差异(P>0.05),在治疗后,两组均明显降低,观察组患者的下降水平要明显大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组患者的临床疗效要明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对ⅢB型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者实施中药清浊汤治疗可以明显的降低中医证候积分,改善血液中SIgA、IL-8以及TNF-α的表达水平,从而最后提高临床治疗效果,因此,可以在临床上积极推广这种治疗方式。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Qingzhuo decoction(清浊汤)on patients with typeⅢB prostatitis with the Shire Yuzu syndrome(湿热瘀阻证)and its blood.Methods:80 patients were divided into the control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with the Qingzhuo decoction,and the control group was treated with the Zegui Longshuang capsule(泽桂癃爽胶囊).The TCM syndrome scores,SIgA,TNF-αand IL-8 expression level were observed in groups,and the effects was compare between groups.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SIgA,IL-8 and TNF-αexpression were decreased in groups,and those in the observation group was significantly greater than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingzhuo decoction on typeⅢB prostatitis with the Shire Yuzu syndrome can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome scores,improve the expression levels of SIgA,IL-8 and TNF-αin the blood,and improve the effect,therefore,and this treatment method can be actively promoted in the clinic.
