枳实薤白桂枝汤联合西药治疗痰阻心脉型稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察枳实薤白桂枝汤联合西药治疗痰阻心脉型稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的临床疗效,探讨中药和西药治疗冠心病的各自优势,验证经方的临床应用价值,通过炎症因子及相关指标的检测初步探讨其治疗冠心病的作用机制,为临床推广提供依据。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年4月于周口市中心医院就诊的患者80例作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗过程中对照组脱落2例,最终有效病例观察组40例,对照组38例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用枳实薤白桂枝汤。连续治疗2个月后,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组近期有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两种治疗方式均可改善患者的心绞痛症状、中医症状、血流变学、血脂、炎症因子水平,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳实薤白桂枝汤联合西药治疗痰阻心脉型稳定性冠心病临床疗效显著,能更好地改善患者的临床症状,显著降低炎症因子及血脂水平,更好地改善血液流变学水平,可能为其临床疗效改善的作用机制,且未增加患者的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(枳实薤白桂枝汤)plus Western medicine on syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel of the stable coronary heart disease.Exploring the respective advantages of TCM and Western medicine on coronary heart disease,and verify the clinical application value of classic prescription.Through the detection of inflammatory factors and related indicators,the mechanism of that was preliminarily discussed in order to provide a basis for its clinical promotion.Methods:80 cases were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.2 cases fell off in the control group during treatment.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicines,and the observation group was treated with the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction more.Results:The recent effective in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Both treatment methods could ameliorate the angina symptoms,TCM symptoms,blood rheology,blood lipids and inflammatory factor levels,and the above indicators in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction plus Western medicine show a significant effect on stable coronary heart disease,can better ameliorate the clinical symptoms,significantly reduce inflammatory factors and blood lipid levels,can better improve hemorheology level,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
