肠府理气活血汤治疗慢性肠炎经验

摘　　要：慢性肠炎为临床常见病,属于中医的“泄泻”“腹痛”“肠风”等范畴,其病位在胃、小肠、大肠,并与肝、脾、肾的生理功能异常有密切关联。笔者认为慢性肠炎多因“肝郁乘脾”“湿浊困脾”“脾胃阳虚”“脾胃气虚”致湿浊瘀滞,浊毒伤络成瘀。故笔者根据病理特点自拟化湿醒脾,理气活血的肠府理气活血汤辨治加减,用于临床,疗效满意。Chronic enteritis is a common clinical disease,which belongs to the categories of diarrhea,abdominal pain and Changfeng(肠风)in TCM.It is located in the stomach,small intestine,and large intestine,and is closely related to the abnormal physiological functions of the liver,spleen and kidneys.The author believes that chronic enteritis is mostly caused by dampness stagnation due to Ganyu Chengpi(肝郁乘脾),Shizhuo Kunpi(湿浊困脾),Piwei Yangxu(脾胃阳虚)and Piwei Qixu(脾胃气虚),and blood stasis caused by turbidness poison.Therefore,according to the pathological characteristics,the Changfu Liqi Huoxue decoction(肠府理气活血汤)on chronic enteritis shows a satisfactory effect.
