开天门联合五行音乐疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨开天门联合五行音乐疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠的疗效。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,将我院收治的脑卒中后失眠患者70例,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组35人。对照组患者予以常规治疗和护理,观察组患者在此基础上予以开天门和五行音乐疗法,疗程为14 d。比较两组患者的睡眠疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)量表评分、睡眠状况自评量表(Sleep Condition Self-rating Scale,SSRS)、脑卒中专用生活质量(Stroke Special Quality of Life,SS-QOL)评分、入睡时间、总睡眠时间。结果:观察组的睡眠总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的PSQI、SSRS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组的SS-QOL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高更显著(P<0.05);观察组的入睡时间短于对照组(P<0.05),总睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开天门联合五行音乐疗法可以改善脑卒中后失眠患者的睡眠质量,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effects of Kaitianmen(开天门)with the Wuxing music therapy(五行音乐疗法)on insomnia after stroke.Methods:70 patients with post-stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given Kaitianmen with the Wuxing music therapy for 14 days.Results:The total effective rate of sleep in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the PSQI and SSRS scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group reduced more significantly(P<0.05).The SS-QOL scores in the two groups were more before the rise(P<0.05),and those in the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05).In the observation group,sleep time is shorter than the control group(P<0.05),and the total sleep time is longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kaitianmen with the Wuxing music therapy can improve the quality of sleep and improve the quality of life of patients with insomnia after stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
