身痛逐瘀汤、推拿及针灸联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤、推拿及针灸联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:从医院于2017年12月-2019年12月诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中选取106例作为研究对象,并按随机抽签法进行分组:将采取推拿联合针灸治疗者设为对照组(53例),将采取身痛逐瘀汤、推拿及针灸联合治疗方案者设为研究组(53例),就两组患者的腰椎间盘突出症总体疗效、治疗前后腰腿疼痛程度及中医证候变化进行统计学分析。结果:研究组腰椎间盘突出症总体有效率高于对照组(P=0.037);两组治疗后的腰腿疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P均为0.000),而研究组VAS评分和中医证候积分、直腿抬高试验积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤、推拿及针灸联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果良好,可有效缓解腰腿疼痛症状及活动功能,可借鉴。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction(身痛逐瘀汤)plus massage and acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:106 cases in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method.the patients received massage plus acupuncture included in the control group(53 cases),who took the Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus massage and acupuncture included in the study group(53 cases).Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group(P=0.037).The VAS score and TCM syndrome score after treatment in the groups were lower than before treatment(P=0.000),the VAS score,TCM syndrome score and straight leg elevation test scores in the group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus massage and acupuncture shows a good clinical effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,can effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain,and improve the movement function,which can be used for reference.
