钟冬梅应用“补肾活血通络法内外合治”在薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植周期内膜准备中的治疗经验

摘　　要：钟冬梅采用中医“补肾活血通络法内外合治”应用于薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植(Frozen-thaw Embryo Transfer,FET)周期内膜准备阶段中的治疗,从中医病因病机“肾虚络脉瘀阻”立“补肾活血通络法”为治疗大法,拟定出针对性的中药汤剂内服、灌肠和药渣外敷内外合治的综合治疗方案,作为中医药参与辅助生殖技术,有效地改善了子宫内膜厚度形态,降低了周期取消率和提高了冻融胚胎移植的成功率,为提高FET技术的成功提供了新的方法。Zhong Dongmei used“the method of invigorating the kidney,activating blood and dredging collaterals”to treat thin endometrial patients in the preparation phase of the FET cycle.From the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM“Kidney deficiency,collaterals stasis”established“tonifying the kidney,activating blood and dredging collaterals”as a treatment method,and formulated a targeted comprehensive treatment plan of internal and external treatment of TCM medicine decoction,enema and external application of drug residue,as a TCM medicine to participate in assisted reproductive technology.It effectively improves the thickness of the endometrium,reduces the cycle cancellation rate and increases the success rate of frozen-thaw embryo transfer,providing a new method for improving the success of FET technology.
