摘　　要：目的:探讨银桂抗炎合剂联合艾灸对寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎(Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,PID)患者血清补体C3、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor,GM-CSF)水平的影响。方法:将我院于2019年1月-2020年3月收治的135例寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组67例和对照组68例。对照组采取常规银桂抗炎合剂口服治疗,观察组给予银桂抗炎合剂联合艾灸治疗,治疗3个月后观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状量化评分,血清超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、补体C3及GM-CSF水平,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后疼痛、带下异常、月经异常等中医症状量化评分明显低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清hs-CRP、GM-CSF水平低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05),补体C3水平均高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:应用银桂抗炎合剂联合艾灸治疗寒湿凝滞型PID效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状、降低患者血清补体C3、GM-CSF水平,建议进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of the Yingui Kangyan mixture(银桂抗炎合剂)plus moxibustion on serum complement C3 and GM-CSF levels in patients with PID of the Hanshi Ningzhi type(寒湿凝滞型).Methods:135 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(67 cases)and control group(68 cases).The control group was treated with the Yingui Kangyan mixture,and the observation group was treated by moxibustion more.Results:After treatment,the quantitative scores of pain,abnormal menstruation and other TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and GM-CSF in the observation group were lower than the control group and before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of complement C3 were higher than the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yingui Kangyan mixture plus moxibustion on PID of the Hanshi Ningzhi type show a significant effect,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of serum complement C3 and GM-CSF,and is recommended to be further promoted.
