穴位按摩结合增视汤治疗青少年假性近视疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究穴位按摩结合增视汤治疗青少年假性近视的疗效。方法:随机选取2018年9月1日-2019年9月1日我院收治的396例(共792眼)青少年假性近视患者,对患者进行穴位按摩结合增视汤进行治疗,观察治疗前后裸眼视力、检影结果、晶状体厚度改变、前房深度改变及眼轴长度改变情况。结果:治疗前后裸眼视力、检影结果、晶状体厚度改变、前房深度变化显著,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。眼轴长度改变情况在治疗前后差异无统计学意义;干预后患者抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分显著优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩结合增视汤治疗青少年假性近视疗效显著,能够改变假性近视的各项观察指标,使患者的裸眼视力得以恢复,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore efficacy of acupoint massage with the Zengshi decoction(增视汤)on adolescent pseudomyopia.Methods:396 adolescents with pseudomyopia(792 eyes)were treated by acupoint massage with the Zengshi decoction.Results:The naked eye vision,retinoscopy results,lens thickness changes,and anterior chamber depth changes showed significant differences between before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was noa significant difference in the changes in the length of the eye axis between before and after treatment.After intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were significantly better than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage with the Zengshi decoction is effective on adolescent pseudomyopia,can change the indexes of pseudomyopia and restore the naked vision,and is worthy of further promotion.
