摘　　要：为筛选出防控马铃薯干腐病高效低毒的化学药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法,选用50%硫磺·多菌灵(WP)、60%唑醚·代森联(WG)、60 g/L戊唑醇(SC)、80%多菌灵(WP)和80%代森锰锌(WP)对马铃薯干腐病菌三线镰刀菌(Fusarium tricinctum)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和木贼镰刀菌(Fusarium equiseti)进行抑菌率和室内毒力测定,探究不同种类干腐病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明:5种药剂对3种病原菌表现出不同程度的抑制作用,60 g/L戊唑醇和60%唑醚·代森联对三线镰刀菌毒力最强,EC 50分别为5.01、7.24 mg/L;60 g/L戊唑醇和50%硫磺·多菌灵对尖孢镰刀菌毒力最强,EC 50分别为5.75、50.11 mg/L;60 g/L戊唑醇和50%硫磺·多菌灵对木贼镰刀菌毒力最强,EC 50分别为2.40、28.84 mg/L。综上所述,60 g/L戊唑醇的毒力较强,且在稀释500~1000倍时对3种病原菌的抑制率也较高,表现出较强的抑制作用。In order to screen out chemical agents with high efficiency and low toxicity for the control of potato dry rot,50%sulfur·carbendazim(WP),60%oxadiazole·desonium(WG),60 g/L tebuconazole(SC),80%carbendazim(WP)and 80%mancozeb(WP)are used in this paper with growth rate method of hypha to determine the inhibition rate and indoor virulence so as to explore the sensitivity of different dry rot pathogens to different fungicides.The results show that 5 kinds of chemical agents have different levels of inhibitory effects on 3 kinds of pathogens,60 g/L tebuco-nazole and 60%oxadiazole·desonium are the most virulent to Fusarium triticum,EC 50 is 5.01 mg/L and 7.24 mg/L respectively;60 g/L tebuconazole and 50%sulfur·carbendazim are the most virulent to Fusarium oxysporum,EC 50 is 5.75 mg/L and 50.11 mg/L respectively;60 g/L tebuconazole and 50%sulfur·carbendazim are the most virulent to Fusarium equisetit,EC 50 is 2.40 mg/L and 28.84 mg/L respectively.Therefore,60 g/L tebuconazole has strong virulence,and its inhibition rate to three kinds of pathogens is also high when diluted by 500-1000 times,showing strong inhibition effects.
