摘 要:为研究丁香叶片角质层蜡质与海拔因子的相关性,本研究以不同海拔地区分布的2种丁香属植物暴马丁香和紫丁香为试验材料,对丁香叶片角质层蜡质组分、含量及其形态的变化进行研究。结果表明:(1)丁香叶片角质层蜡质组分中,烷烃的相对含量所占比例最高,达到82.59%,其中>20C烷烃为主要组成成分,酚、酯、醇和其他相对含量所占比例较小,为0.37%~23.44%;(2)高海拔地区(西宁)相对于低海拔地区(济南),暴马丁香叶片角质层蜡质中C_(25)H_(52)含量显著减少,C_(44)H_(90)含量显著增加,而紫丁香叶片角质层蜡质中醇类总含量、酚类总含量显著增加;(3)高海拔地区(西宁)丁香叶片角质层蜡质晶体较大且分布均匀,而低海拔地区(济南)丁香叶片角质层蜡质晶体较小且细碎。本研究可为进一步了解丁香叶片角质层蜡质信息及其与海拔因子的相关性积累基础资料。In order to study the correlation between the wax in the cuticle of Syringa leaves and the altitude,two species of Syringa,namely Syringa amurensis and Syringa oblata distributed in different altitudes are used as experimental materials to study the changes of components,contents and morphology of wax in the cuticle of Syringa leaves.The results show that:(1)Among the wax components in the cuticle of Syringa leaves,the relative contents of alkane account for the highest proportion(82.59%),of which the main component is alkanes>20C,while the contents of esters,alcohols,phenols and others account for a small proportion ranging from 0.37%to 23.44%;(2)Compared with low altitude area(Jinan),the contents of C_(25)H_(52) of wax in the cuticle of Syringa amurensis leaves in high altitude area(Xining)decreases significantly with the contents of C_(44)H_(90) showing a growing trend,while the total contents of alcohols and phenols of wax in the cuticle of Syringa oblata leaves increase greatly;(3)The wax crystals in the cuticle of Syringa leaves in high altitude area(Xining)are large and evenly distributed,while those in low altitude area(Jinan)are small and finely broken.This study can accumulate basic data for further understanding the wax in the cuticle of Syringa leaves and its correlation with altitude.
