摘　　要：目的:观察痛护理模式对膝关节置换术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年6月山东大学齐鲁医院骨外科一区收治的膝关节置换术患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。比较2组患者护理效果。结果:观察组NRS评分低于对照组、对照组的SQI分数均高于观察组、观察组患者及家属满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛护理有效缓解膝关节置换术患者的术后疼痛感,提高患者及家属的满意程度,促进患者的睡眠。Objective:To observe the effect of knee replacement nursing on the quality of knee joint replacement.Methods:A total of 120 patients with knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The NRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the SQI score of the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the satisfaction of the patients and their families in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with knee arthroplasty and promote their sleep.
