摘 要:地下矿山斜井跑车事故,事关人员生命及财产安全。运用安全系统工程中的常用分析方法,对斜井跑车事故原因进行分析。针对提升信号启动后钢丝绳是否断裂等环节事件,以行人避让是否及时作为终了环节事件,进而构建出斜井跑车伤害事故的事件树,对分析结果适当加以改进,分析总结得出12种事故后果,将其归纳为安全、物质事故和伤亡事故三大类,进行定性分析及概率计算后发现,物质事故发生的可能性较大,并提出了相应的预防措施。为斜井提升安全提供了有效依据,对矿山安全生产具有现实指导意义。The haulage vehicle accident of underground mine is matter of safety of human life and properties.The cause of haulage vehicle accident is analyzed by using of common analysis method of safety system engineering.The event tree of haulage vehicle injury accident is established according to the link event,for example whether the wirerope is broken after the hoisting signal started,and whether the pedestrian avoidance in time as the final link event,the analysis results is improved appropriately;twelve kinds of accident consequence is analyzed and summarized,they are concluded as three major types;safety accident,material accident and casualty accident;and after the qualitative analysis and probability calculation,the material accident is more likely to happen and the corresponding prevention measures are proposed.The above mentioned content provide the effective evidence of inclined shaft,it has the realistic guiding significance for mine safety production.
