摘　　要：2000型监控装置黑屏、白屏、重复启动故障,严重影响行车安全;致使监控信息丢失,更不能为行车事故提供分析依据。为此采取措施直接焊接减少接插头、降低线损压降、防止接触不良;提高电源输出稳定性及防震动电路改进;启用看门狗电路;改电源板“RC型”滤波为“π型”滤波电路,稳定工作频率改变后,使电源电压稳定在(5.00±0.05)V,一年运行试验表明:设备运行良好稳定可靠,故障率降低到0%,延长了设备使用寿命。2000 type monitoring device has black screen,white screen and repeated start failure,which affects the driving safety heavily;the failure will cause the loss of monitoring information,and it can not supply the analysis basis for driving accident.Therefore the following measures are adopted:direct welding for reducing of connectors and sockets,reducing the pressure drop of line loss,preventing the bad contact;the stability of power output and the anti-vibration circuit is improved;the WatchDog circuit is enabled;the power strip shall be changed from“RC type”filter to“πtype”filter circuit,the working frequency shall be stabled,and so on.Making the power voltage stabled at(5.00±0.05)V,one year operation test shows:the equipment runs well,stably and reliably,the failure rate is reduced to 0%.The life time of the equipment is prolonged.
