摘  要:某选矿厂试生产期尾矿浓密机溢流水浊度较高,影响环保工作的开展。为解决该问题,通过调查调整絮凝剂配制条件及作用条件,开展多组小型试验及工业试验研究,结果表明,降低矿浆浓度到15%以下,并将矿浆pH值稳定在8~9之间,可明显改善絮凝剂的作用,显著降低溢流水浊度。工业试验期间,浓密机溢流水浊度始终保持在35 NTU以下,完全达到降低溢流水浊度的目的。The turbidity of overflow water of tailings thickener is high during the pilot production of one dressing plant,which affects the environmental protection work.The multiple small tests and the industrial experiment studies are developed through adjustment of the preparation conditions and working conditions of flocculant in order to solve the above mentioned problems,the results show,decreasing the pulp density down to 15%,and the pulp pH value shall be stable at 8~9,which can obviously improve the flocculant's function,and the turbidity of overflow water can be decreased obviously.The turbidity of overflow water of thickener keeps below 35 NTU during the industrial test period,therefore the aim of decreasing turbidity of overflow water is completely achieved.
