摘 要:用KOH活化生物质医用棉花制备多孔碳材料。采用SEM、XRD、拉曼光谱、N_(2)吸-脱附和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试进行结构和形貌分析;用恒流充放电测试研究电化学性能。医用棉花与KOH质量比为1∶3时,样品的比表面积最大且具有多级孔结构,用做锂离子电池负极材料时的电化学性能较好。在0.01~3.00 V循环,0.10 A/g首次充、放电比容量分别为492.4 mAh/g和996.1 mAh/g;以0.50 A/g循环150次,库仑效率为99.8%。Porous carbon materials was prepared by KOH activating biomass medical cotton.SEM,XRD,Raman spectroscopy,N_(2) adsorption-desorption and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to analyze the structure and morphology,galvanostatic charge-discharge test was used to research its electrochemical performance.When the mass ratio of medical cotton to KOH was 1∶3,the sample had the largest specific surface area and a hierarchical pore structure.When used as anode material material of Li-ion battery,it had fine electrochemical performance.When cycled in 0.01-3.00 V,the initial charge and discharge specific capacity at 0.10 A/g was 492.4 mAh/g and 996.1 mAh/g;when cycled 150 times at 0.50 A/g,the Coulombic efficiency was 99.8%.
