摘 要:以上海软土地区某紧邻历史保护建筑的深基坑施工项目为例,针对工程项目施工过程中的变形控制难题及高要求,阐述了基坑支护体系设计优化、静压锚杆桩加固、压力注浆以及自动化监测等关键施工技术的应用。经实践,工程实施效果较好,证明相关技术措施能够有效降低基坑施工引起的周围变形,保证了历史保护建筑的安全性及基坑工程的顺利推进,可为今后类似的工程项目提供参考。Taking a deep foundation pit construction project adjacent to a protective historical building in Shanghai soft soil area as an example,aiming at the deformation control problems and high requirements in the construction process of the project,the application of key construction technologies such as foundation pit support system design optimization,static pressure anchor pile reinforcement,pressure grouting and automatic monitoring are expounded.Through practice,the project implementation effect is good,which proves that the relevant technical measures can effectively reduce the surrounding deformation caused by the foundation pit construction,ensure the safety of protective historical building and the smooth progress of its foundation pit engineering,and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
