摘　　要：以杭州萧山机场T4航站楼“天圆地方”异形曲面墩台柱为例,介绍了异形柱在施工过程中综合应用的模板选型、尺寸定位、钢筋排布、操作架设计及成形质量控制等方面的关键工艺。最终的成形质量达到了预定的目标,验证了所采用的技术与工艺流程的有效性,并为以后类似异形柱的施工提供了可供借鉴的经验。Taking the"round sky and square earth"special-shaped curved surface of T4 terminal building of Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou as an example,the key technologies of formwork selection,size positioning,reinforcement arrangement,operating frame design and forming quality control of special-shaped column in the construction process are introduced.The final forming quality has reached the predetermined goal and verified the effectiveness of the adopted technology and the process flow,which can provide a reference experience for the construction of similar special-shaped column in the future.
