摘 要:针对大净空结构施工过程中,附着式爬架无法使用常规架体在主体结构中进行附着的问题,采用一种爬架层间附着施工技术,在楼层中间制造了附着点,使得爬架附着不再限制于层高和结构边梁。使用钢立柱立于结构楼板之上,通过对穿螺栓与楼板固定,在每层钢立柱高度范围内合理设置附着点,通过立柱将架体荷载传递到结构楼板上,完成架体的附着。层间附着施工技术的应用,解决了爬架支座安装与架体过长的问题,提高了爬架在非常规结构中的适用性。In view of the problem that the attached climbing frame cannot be attached to the main structure by using the conventional frame during the construction of the large clearance structure,a kind of interlayer attachment construction technology is adopted.The attachment points are made in the middle of the floor,so that the climbing frame attachment is no longer limited to the floor height and structural edge beam.The steel columns are used to stand on the structural floor,which are fixed to the floor by the through bolts;by reasonably setting the attachment points within the height range of steel columns on each floor,the frame load is transferred to the structural floor by columns to complete the frame attachment.The application of the interlayer attachment construction technology solves the problems of the installation of the climbing frame support and the long frame body,and improves the applicability of the climbing frame in the unconventional structure.
