摘  要:渤海辽东湾某平台服役已达到设计年限,对该平台进行定期腐蚀检测与安全评估是非常必要的。通过对钢结构目视检测、超声波测厚、牺牲阳极电位及尺寸测量和导管架结构阴极电位测量等方法对该平台进行安全评估,结果表明,平台整体完整,牺牲阳极阴极保护及导管架阴极电位均能满足规范要求,但是海管的腐蚀较为严重,需要采取相应的维保措施。A platform in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea has been in service exceeding its design life,and it is very necessary to conduct corrosion testing and safety assessment for this platform.In this paper,the safety assessment of the platform is carried out through the methods such as steel structure visual inspection,ultrasonic thickness measurement,galvanic anode potential and size measurement as well as jacket structure cathode potential measurement.The results show that the platform is basically safe,and the galvanic anode potential and jacket cathode potential meet the requirements of the specification.However,the corrosion of the submarine pipeline is relatively serious,and corresponding maintenance measures need to be taken.
